Earlier in the year we got a Groupon for a couple nights in Cape Cod. Since we were most likely leaving the area we thought we would see a few more things. We took six days and driving 1,000 miles saw New England.
Here is day one:
We starte by heading to Cape Cod with some stops in Rhode Island.

Our first stop was Providence, RI. We had intentions of getting out and walking a bit more than we did but as we drove through and saw that it was Brown University's graduation day and with no parking spots available we continued on visiting the State House followed by a picnic at Roger Williams Park.

From Providence we headed to Portsmouth, RI and the Green Animals Topiary Garden. Where we enjoyed stretching our legs and seeing the green animals. We even saw a real bunny hopping around the grounds as well.

Then it was back in the car and on our way to Cape Cod. We checked into our hotel before heading out to dinner at Captain Frosty's and then back for some swimming before bed.
